Free Picks College Basketball

Tonight’s premium picks it may appear to be a short card, but not for bettors when it comes to quality! We have an NBA and two college basketball winners. Some great long-term systems apply was well as a sandwich game that one has to be quite observant to isolate. But the trained eye will. Go 3-0 at offshoreinsiders.com

Normally Joe Duffy’s picks releases a premium bet as free pick, but today it is a bonus selection. So while the world awaits the Super Bowl XLVIII winning pick between the Seahawks-broncos, we head to the Pacific Northwest where the neck champs originate.

We will go with:

Portland State -1.5 Eastern Washington

Few teams in the country have more compelling home/road splits than Eastern Washington. Thus far, the eagles are unbeaten at home and winless on the road in big sky conference play. Overall, the eagles are 0-9 on opponent home courts, 6-1 at home and 2-0 on neutral courts. Of course, this again proves the stupidity of those who believe a neutral court is a road game, but that’s another story all together. They are 2-7 against the spread on the road and 3-2 when not playing on their opponent’s court. images

Oh wait, another team has incredible splits. PSU is now 7-3 in home games, and has won three of four games overall. The eagles come in having won three of their last five. They have a 0-9 road record (but have won two neutral site games). So hence, they are 9-3 straight up when not playing on an opponent’s home court. This is no short trip on a weeknight. Eastern Washington will travel 278 miles to Portland.

Knowing the myth about neutral games (not) being road contests, we have one team 0-9 outright in true road games to a team 9-3 straight up when not playing on the road. And the spread is just 1.5. How about that? Last season, each team won by nine or more on their home court. Portland state is 43-21 su at home in five seasons under Tyler Geving. Since the start of the 2006-07 season, PSU is 80-24 at home, including 45-20 in big sky conference regular season and tournament games. The Vikings average 61.7 points on the road and 77.5 at home

Before EWU’s win over southern Utah, the eagles fell 84-65 to northern Arizona on the road and 75-64 two nights later at Sacramento state. Eastern allowed game deciding mid-game runs of 29-7 to NAU and 31-10 to Sac State. They are not playing well at all.

EWU has lost each of their last three by double-digits against the spread. There is not place like home.
