ESPN U Picks: Villanova vs. Seton Hall Odds, Preview, Prediciton

One of the few services that has clients up substantially for the season in NBA and college basketball, Joe Duffy’s GodsTips has a free pick for Monday on Seton Hall (+4.5) to Villanova.

We have said many times that is it easier to be the hunter than the hunted. The Wildcats have used a recent surge to play themselves to the inside of the bubble. But ‘Nova has certainly been a predictably unpredictable team. In addition to those impressive wins to Connecticut and Marquette, they have been blown out by Cincinnati and lost at home to Providence. All of that this month making them a great, “Box of chocolate” team. You never know what you are going to get.

Laying points on the road as they appear to be on the upswing is the ideal time to fade such teams. After all, they were picked to finish 12th in the BIG EAST, so letdown time has arrived.  Coming off their most emotional victory of the season to Marquette just two days ago, the Wildcats must avoid a letdown on Monday night against an inferior opponent. We see the predictable unpredictability continuing with a close Villanova win, but the Hall eking out the cover.

Tonight’s premium picks: What an NBA season it has been again for Joe Duffy. We have hit all six NBA Wise Guy plays since Jan. 5 and are 16-6 with all NBA picks. Another goes tonight. We cannot give too many hints, but it is consistent to our returning to our roots which has skyrocketed us to long-term winning levels that will not be matched by anyone anywhere. Get the picks now
