Oklahoma State Biggest Favorite Ever; Historical Stats Say Take Underdog

Oklahoma State is (-67.5) point favorites over Savannah State. It is the largest point spread ever in the history of sports betting. Only once before was a team favorite by more than 60 points. That was Hawaii defeating North Colorado 63-6 laying (-60), failing to cover.

In fact, since 1987 there have been 12 games in which the point spread has been 55 or more. The underdog is 10-2 against the spread, though not shockingly the favorite is 12-0 straight up.

We are waiting to see if a certain poorly-coiffed hairpiece picks Oklahoma State, but tells you to buy them down to (-67).
