ESPN Mets vs. Yankees MLB Picks: England vs. Italy Euro ’12 Odds

Senior Handicapper Matt Rivers of has a free pick Sunday is on the New York Yankees on ESPN to the New York Mets.

I give all the credit in the world to RA Dickey as the guy has been beyond tremendous. The knuckleballer is putting up numbers like we’ve never seen. He is even surpassing the first few months of Ubaldo Jimenez a few seasons back in Colorado which was one of the greatest and most dominant runs I have ever seen. At some point though this just can’t keep up and to get the superior Yankees with their loaded lineup along with a superstar ace in CC Sabathia at around a pick is just too cheap to pass up.

Dickey probably will be very good once again as I’m not saying that he is going to completely implode. The confidence is there and obviously   the knuckler has been knuckling. But it’s still professional hitters like Jeter, Tex, Arod, Cano, Granderson doing their thing and Sabathia on the mound against an extremely extremely mediocre Mets lineup with David Wright and not much more.

If Dickey does it again then I’ll tip my cap and move on but to get the Bronx Bombers with their ace at this price is a must play in some way, shape, or form.

Rivers pick: New York Yankees

For more information:  A 1-1 slight slight losing but pretty much even day on Saturday as the 300,000* Blue Jays plus about 140 took care of business unlike the 400,000* Rangers -1 ½ runs minus about 130. So it goes down in the books as a losing day but it’s still 18 of 25 winning days and about to be 19 of 26. 300,000* Brewers-White Sox, bang! Click now to purchase
